That day we were able to get a ton of referrals from the members. We got a couple more throughout the week too! I've probably gotten more referrals in this Ward than in any Ward on my mission so far. I'm excited to follow up with all of them to see who will turn into an investigator.
That was mostly what happened throughout this week. We did a ton of service on Friday and Saturday too. On Friday we helped move in a lady that was moving into a member's house in Blythewood Ward. She is interested in investigating the church and it was great to have a quick lesson with her and the sisters afterwards. Then after that, we went over to someone in the other Elder's area and helped them move too. The landlord told them that they had to cut their lawn before they left so I decided to start on that job haha. It was probably one of the hardest lawns I've had to cut. It was REALLY HOT too. Luckily a cop stopped as she was driving by and gave me some water which was super nice. I'll send a picture to explain how hard cutting that lawn was. It took about 3 hours with a push mower. The grass was up past my knee. We had to go over each lane twice to cut it all down.
Otherwise not too much else happened this week. We are still working with Cole to get baptized. He will most likely be baptized on the 15th instead of the 8th because we have to talk with his parents about baptism still. We also got about 20 assignments from the ward clerk to go see, so we will be totally busy with all of these referrals this week.
It's weird that I have 6 months left. Things are winding down so fast.
Love y'all
